Job Description

Job Title: CMDB Developer

Experience: Min-5years to 10years

Location: Remotely

Working Hours: 4:00 Am EST

Flexibility: off shift or/ and weekend coverage.

Professional Skills:

·Responsible for working closely with clients, project managers, and system management to clearly define the scope of work and implement solutions.

·Experience with development and implementation of service now CMDB and databases.

·Troubleshoot CMDB issues, perform root cause analysis, recommend corrective action.

·Experience with Service Now the client and server-side Javascript and the Service Now APIs

Technical Skills :

·Proficiency in programming languages such as Java/JavaScript

·Required to have a good understanding of RDBMS and database query language (Preferably MySQL and DB2.

·Demonstrated skills in applications such as XML/REST, SOAP.

·Good understanding of the ITIL and ITSM processes

·Understands networking concepts in a WAN environment.
