Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts and components.2. Programming: Interpret and edit CNC programs, as well as create simple programs.3. Setup and Testing: Set up machine tools, fixtures, and workpieces, and perform test runs to ensure accuracy.4. Quality Control: Inspect parts for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.5. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair or replace faulty components.6. Safety: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Required Skills:
1. Technical knowledge: Understanding of CNC machines, CAD/CAM software, and G-code programming.2. Attention to detail: Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.3. Problem-solving: Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address machine issues.4. Communication: Good communication skills for working with team members and supervisors.5.
