We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator with hands-on experience in oil seal manufacturing and a good understanding of CNC programming. The ideal candidate should be skilled in setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts as per technical specifications.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up CNC machines for oil seal component production.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and process sheets.
- Perform program editing and adjustments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges).
- Maintain machine tools, ensure proper calibration, and follow safety standards.
- Work closely with the production and quality teams to meet daily targets.
