Job Description

CNC OPERATOR JOB GOOD SALARY PROVIDED, SUBSIDARY 3TIMES FOOD PROVIDED, TRASPORTATION FREE ,KNOWLEDGE IN MACHINE OPERATION & BASIC DISCIPLENE ,5S & TPM SAFETY.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:
- Operate CNC machines such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, or routers to manufacture metal or plastic parts.
- Load raw materials into machines and monitor the cutting or shaping process.
- Start and stop machines, and monitor the cutting process to ensure the part is produced according to specifications.
Machine Setup and Calibration:
- Set up machines for production runs, including installing and aligning tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
- Calibrate machines before beginning work to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Adjust machine settings as needed during the production process.
Reading Technical Drawings:
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications to understand part dimensions and tolerances.
- Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure finished parts meet required tolerances.
Quality Control:
- Inspect finished products for defects or deviations from specifications.
- Conduct in-process inspections to maintain consistent quality during production.
- Record and report production data, including part counts, quality issues, and machine performance.
Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Perform basic machine maintenance, such as lubrication and cleaning, to ensure optimal performance.
- Report any malfunctions, worn parts, or mechanical issues to the supervisor or maintenance department.
- Assist in troubleshooting minor technical issues during operation.
Health, Safety, and Housekeeping:
- Adhere to company safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Complete production logs and inspection reports accurately.
- Report any irregularities, machine issues, or production delays to supervisors promptly.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other CNC operators, engineers, and quality inspectors to meet production goals.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
