Job Description
- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders, routers, etc.) to produce parts according to blueprints or technical drawings.
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the machining process.
- Perform regular quality checks with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with engineers and production team members to improve productivity.
- Keep detailed records of production output and any issues encountered.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
