Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to set up, operate, and maintain computer numerical control (CNC) machines. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation, an understanding of blueprints and technical drawings, and the ability to work with precision tools to ensure high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.
- Adjust machine settings to meet production requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of machine tools and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Basic understanding of CNC programming is a plus.
- High school diploma or technical certification in machining or a related field.
