Job Description

  • Sheet Metal Fabrication
  • Set up and prepare CNC machines for production runs.
  • Able to operate laser machine.
  • Able to operate bending machine.
  • Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
  • Translate technical requirements into machine control instructions or input programs.
  • Load raw materials, tools, fixtures, and accessories onto machines.
  • Monitor CNC machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor machine repairs (cleaning, lubrication, tool changes).
  • Detect and troubleshoot machine malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions.
  • Complete production documentation, logs, and inspection reports accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards and policies.
  • Communicate production needs, issues, and improvements with supervisors and team members.
