Basic Knowledge of CNC Turning programming.

Perform basic pre-staged machine set-ups, tool offsets, and edit CNC programs.

Knowledge of CNC Turning machine operating on Fanuc controller.

Trouble Shooting Short term and long-term counter measures for day-to-day problems using Q.C. problem-solving approach.

Must Preferred Knowledge of Fanuc Controller.

I.T.I Background.

Studying materials and specifications

Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings

Translating instructions into computer commands

Setting up and installing tools and attachments

Calculating requirements

Preparing and loading raw materials onto the machines

Planning stock inventory and ordering parts

Documenting actions

Conducting machinery checking on a daily basis

Following safety procedures and regulations

Supervising the machines

Job Location Ahmedabad

Shift : Day /Night Shift
