Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components according to specifications. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines such as lathes, mills, or grinders to perform machining operations.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand machining requirements.
• Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly.
• Select the appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and accessories for each job.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and efficient operation.
• Monitor the machining process and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and dimensional requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they remain in good working condition.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems that may arise during the machining process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
