Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for a recent graduate with a BE, Diploma, or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality tyre moulds.
Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.) to fabricate precision parts for tyre moulds.
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand product specifications.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to safety protocols.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and keep the work area clean and organized.
Conduct quality checks on finished products using measuring tools like micrometers and calipers.
BE, Diploma, or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or a related discipline.
Strong interest in CNC machine operation and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
