Eligibility : BE, B-tech, ITI- Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Tool & Die, CNC courses etc.
Freshers/Trainee Salary fixed as : INR 9000/- Month) (Nine thousand)
Experienced hand: (Salary will be basing on candidate experience)
Duty: 8 Hr + OT.

Key Responsibilities:
A. CNC Operator – VMC
-
Set up and operate CNC Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines as per job requirements.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.

Select appropriate tools and tool holders, load CNC programs, and make necessary offsets.
-
Perform machine calibration, tool wear monitoring, and workpiece alignment using dial gauges, micrometers, and other measuring tools.

Monitor machining operations to ensure parts meet quality and tolerance specifications.

Adjust feed rates, speeds, and cutting paths when necessary.

Conduct first part and in-process inspection using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.

Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the machine (e.g., lubrication, chip removal).

Maintain proper documentation such as inspection reports, process sheets, and tool logs.
B. Fitter Trainee
-
Assist senior fitters in assembling, fitting, and aligning mechanical parts and machine sub-assemblies.

Read and understand basic mechanical drawings and layout plans.

Use hand tools and power tools such as spanners, hammers, grinders, and drills.

Learn how to perform tasks like marking, cutting, drilling, tapping, and welding under supervision.

Support in installation and testing of machines and equipment in the workshop or at client sites if required.

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.

Follow all safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and report hazards to supervisors.
