Co-ordinator (Operations)
Job Description
1. Plan and execute day-to-day operations of the business (billing, stock taking, packing, coordinating with other staff)
2. Work on client service (face-to-face, phone, chat)
3. Organize files and folders (online and offline, data entry)
4. Inventories, delegate, work as a part of a team and carry out basic research activities when required
5. Work on setting up and creating a new business model for the organization and collaborate with others to take it forward
6. Work on recruitment, training, and development
7. Create an SOP and all other duties and responsibilities that entail in setting a start-up
Note: This is an ideal role for someone with an MBA looking for a hands-on experience to learn and grow in a flexible environment. The position is for female candidates only at this point.
