Job Description
- Make outbound calls for collections and inform the amount due maximize promise to pay (PTP)from connected customer as per set targets by convincing the customers to maintain the quality of PTPs that get generated
- Deliver the login efficiency as per set targets on number of calls made , Number of PTP generated,
- Number of PTP Kept Ensure 100% Accurate disposition of calls made in the dialer Ensure 100% adherence to process and scripts Achieve the call quality score as per set target
- Responsible for follow up of overdue accounts and ensure improvement in delinquent portfolio and recovery
