Job Overview:
We are looking for DRA-certified Collection Agent to handle telecalling for debt recovery. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a professional approach to dealing with customers who have overdue payments.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Debt Recovery Calls – Contact customers with outstanding payments and remind them of due amounts.
✅ Negotiation & Persuasion – Convince debtors to make payments and offer feasible repayment plans.
✅ Customer Relationship Management – Maintain professionalism while handling difficult conversations.
✅ Follow-Up & Documentation – Track follow-up calls, payment commitments, and customer interactions.
✅ Legal & Compliance Adherence – Follow RBI guidelines and adhere to Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certification regulations.
✅ Reporting & MIS Updates – Maintain records of calls, recoveries, and unresolved cases in the system.
✅ Collaboration with Recovery Teams – Work with field agents or legal teams for further action on delinquent accounts.
