  • Contact debtors via phone, email, and mail to collect outstanding payments
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and payments
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal debt collection laws
  • Advise debtors on payment alternatives and financial management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and discrepancies
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly collection targets

Minimum Requirement:

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good Problem-solving skills over the call
  • High energy level
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
  • Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal requirements and debt collection best practices
