.Responsible for Collection, w-off recovery in lending portfolio.
.Managing a Team of Collection Associates and Collection Officers.
.Ensuring adequate manpower for portfolio coverage meeting CAPE norms.
.Ensuring Mobile App usage is 100% and quality feedback/trails are updated.
.Specific focus on Nonstarters and daily visits on delinquent customers.
.Recommending legal actions for critical cases.
.No delay in the deposition of money.
.Responsible for collection efficiency in a timely manner, thus delivering targeted performance.
.Responsible for Effective Cost Management.
.Understanding & Managing Healthy Portfolio.
