.Ensuring Mobile App usage is 100% and quality feedback/trails are updated.

.Specific focus on Nonstarters and daily visits on delinquent customers.

.Recommending legal actions for critical cases.

.No delay in the deposition of money.

.Responsible for collection efficiency in a timely manner, thus delivering targeted performance.

.Responsible for Effective Cost Management.

.Understanding & Managing Healthy Portfolio.
