Job Description
- We are hiring a Collections Executive (DRA Certified) for our Bangalore office (Work from Office). Salary: 26K CTC/month. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in collections and a valid Debt Recovery Agent certification (mandatory). Responsibilities include: contacting customers for outstanding payments, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely collections. You will also work towards achieving individual and team collection targets. Eligibility: minimum 1 year of collections experience, DRA certification, graduate candidates welcome, strong communication & negotiation skills, and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
