Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Real-time Monitoring: Track the health, location, and performance of the EV bikes through a centralized dashboard.
- Incident Management: Identify faults, breakdowns, and anomalies in vehicle performance; initiate troubleshooting or escalate as needed.
- Remote Diagnostics: Utilize telematics data to diagnose and resolve vehicle-related issues remotely.
- Coordination: Work closely with field technicians, service teams, and customer support to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data trends to predict potential failures, optimize fleet efficiency, and provide periodic reports to management.
- Customer Support Liaison: Assist in resolving customer complaints related to vehicle functionality and performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current monitoring and response protocols; suggest and implement improvements.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all vehicles adhere to regulatory and safety guidelines through active monitoring and alerts.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
- Freshers can apply, 1-3 years of experience in command center operations, fleet management may be preferred (EV industry experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of IoT, telematics systems, and vehicle diagnostics.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
