Key Responsibilities:_*
· Accounts Payable/Receivable
Account and Ledger Entry
Providing Financial reports to Management (Payables/Receivables/Project & BBC reports)
· Invoicing
Timely invoicing
Accuracy of invoices raised
Uploading the invoices and other documents with accuracy on client portals
· Purchase
Timely raising of Purchase Orders
Able to negotiate with the vendor
Accuracy of PO’s raised
Vendor Management
Stores
Inventory Management
Proper Planning and timely Purchase of Raw Material
Timely dispatch of material
Proper maintenance of material inward and outward register
· General Admin
Office Upkeep and other general admin activities
Skills:
· Excellent knowledge of Excel.
· Knowledge of Tally is must.
