Job Description
Job Summary
- Maintain Daily Production Schedule
- Measuring and Mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Using weights and measure to weight the correct amount of ingredients for the recipes
- Baking ,shaping and finishing high quality products of different variegates and sizes
- Rolling and cutting Dough in to different shapes depend on stand procedures
- Minimization of wastage in production
- Strictly enforcing hygiene and infection control procedure through out the industry
- Ensure Perfect Proofing and baking times as per stand procedure
- supervising the work of Trainees bakery personnel and giving guidance when necessary
- Cleaning bakery equipment after it has been used
