Job Description

Should be involved in food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables, cooking meals like Indian, Chinese, tandoor.
Proper knife skills and safe food handling practices.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries.
Participate in inventory control and restocking tasks.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working collaboratively within the kitchen team.
Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized.
Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
