Job Title: Commission-Based Sales Executive / Sales Freelancer / Agent
Location:
Remote Work (Preferred: Pune, Goa, Mumbai)
We're growing fast and looking for dynamic sales agents to bring in clients and grow with us.
Role Overview:
We are seeking freelance or commission-based sales professional/agent who can bring new business leads and clients to our agency. You’ll be working independently (not on salary) and will be compensated through a fixed commission structure on every successful deal.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, reach out to, and close potential clients for our services.
Explain Macquill’s offerings confidently and clearly.
Attend virtual meetings or calls with prospects (we’ll support if needed).
Maintain basic reporting of leads, status, and deals.
Build long-term relationships with recurring clients.

Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or client acquisition (preferred).
Passion for marketing and creative industries.
Self-motivated and result-driven attitude.
Ability to work remotely and independently.
Good network in business circles, local brands, influencers, or entrepreneurs.
Commission Structure:
10% - 15% Commission on every converted client (based on project value).
Example: If you close a ₹50,000 deal, you earn ₹5,000–₹7,500.
Bonus commissions possible for high-ticket or recurring clients.
We’ll support you with pitch decks, service brochures, references, case studies, and sales training if needed.
Work Mode:
Fully Remote
Regular support via calls, Zoom/Google Meet, or WhatsApp
No fixed work hours – completely performance-based
