Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop a clear brand message in all communication pieces produced by the organization
2. Handle design and collation of the Maq AI team every month as directed by the manager
3. Handle graphic design management for all Maq AI branded events in conjunction with the Maq AI
4. Design all artwork required for the website, Facebook, Twitter, and other online mediums
5. Ensure the timely and accurate production of all brochures, email templates, social media posts
6. Monitor, maintain quality, and ensure accuracy and consistency of all brand material
7. Work on project management of a wide variety of projects from concept through to final production
8. Provide thought leadership on design strategy for all Maq AI communications

Other requirements

1. Knowledge and experience in brand development

2. High-level competency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator) (optional- InDesign, Animate, XD)

3. Competency to use relevant computer programs and to deliver creative executions desired but not essential

4. High-level attention to detail

5. Ability to work with a range of stakeholders
