Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide an excellent customer service experience to all customers, handling inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
2. Handle customer requests and questions via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information.
3. Process customer orders and returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
4. Update customer accounts as needed, maintaining accurate records.
5. Assist with website maintenance, including product descriptions, pricing, and images.
6. Monitor website traffic and analytics, reporting any issues or concerns to management.
7. Proactively resolve customer issues, taking ownership of the customer experience.

Other requirements
1. Proven customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
5. Solid interpersonal skills which mainly include conflict handling, confidence, active listening, empathy, teamwork, positive and polite attitude, and problem-solving.
6. Experience developing internal processes and filing systems.
7. Comfortable handling confidential information.
8. Ability to adapt to changing situations calmly and professionally.
