Job Description:

Strong command over spoken English Experience of classroom teaching/training.
Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
Translate requirements into trainings that will groom participants and help them in applying key principles in their life.
Build annual training program and prepare session plans.
Training students on Soft Skills and as need be.Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
Deliver Pre-defined courses and enhance them.Interpersonal & motivational skills.
Assess training effectiveness if needed organize refreshers.
Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes and are updated.
Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in student development.
Guiding students on High energy level and ability to engage with students and establish quick connects.
Regular assessments and tests to be taken to check improvement
Qualification criteria :Education: Preferably English Literature (Any Degree)Strong Communication skills.
Self-Motivated and Team Player.
Skill: Excellent subject knowledge(Soft Skill) along with communication & teaching skill is required.
