Job Description
A brief about the role:
- The role would be that of a Communication coach(Trainer) and the location would be in Coimbatore.
- They must train the school students on their Communication and Public Speaking. Currently, we have 4 openings for the role.
- The role of a Communication Coach would require the following skills:
- Strong Communication and Street Smartness: Training the students on defined curriculum and Transforming them as great orators.
- Interpersonal Skills: Working well in a team or group
- Self - learning: A necessary skill of the era. To gain confidence and to figure out and tackle problems.
- Multi-Tasking: Handling various things at a time.
- Prioritization: To work on items in order of their relative importance
- The will to work in a start-up and grow with the organization.
