Job Description
- Manage the overall training program for the agents starting from creation of training schedule, creating training curriculum, coordinating with the right SMEs at MMT for creating / obtaining training material etc.
- Focus on continued education on new processes and products.
- Mentor the bottom quartile agents and create action plans for their training and grooming.
- Provide feedback to MMT on process/system gaps identified during training.
