Education & Work Experience: I-Master's Level Degree - 5 year(s) experience
Education: Master’s degree in media relations, journalism, publishing and or social sciences.
Experience:
• 5-7 years of relevant experience at the national or international level in public relations, communications or advocacy;
• Previous experience with a multilateral or international organization is helpful but not mandatory;
• Experience in creating content and managing all major social media channels – Facebook, Twitter, Linked IN, Instagram, etc.
• Good knowledge and experience in handling design software – Adobe Photoshop/In Design/Coral Draw or any editing/vector graphic tools
• Knowledge of video tools such as Premiere and end to end handling of video documentation through films, vlogs, etc.
• Strong graphic design skills, including the mastery of all standard design software. Well versed in presentation applications such as PowerPoint.
Skills:
• High-level of IT/computing skills (minimum: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Adobe Photoshop/In Design/Coral Draw or any editing/vector graphic tools; Adobe Premiere for videos
• Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive constructive attitude;
• Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities;
• Ability to prioritize assignments and requirements, and multitask as needed;
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to integrate technology into various aspects of the project for planning, rollout and monitoring
Language Requirements: Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Hindi is essential
Remuneration: package is INR 98,492/- per month (taxable). UNDP also offers additional benefits which include medical insurance coverage and limited pension reimbursement for contract holder and encourages work life balance to its employees.
