Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on updating the program website, newsletter, and social media handle
2. Assist in compliance with GIZ corporate design guidelines and data protection and copyright regulations
3. Support the program in communicating project impact
4. Support teams in developing clear and interesting messages for social media
5. Support the design and print of communication materials
6. Work on writing and editing articles, reports, fact sheets, and brochures in close coordination with technical experts
7. Work on supporting in organizing the repository of knowledge material from the projects
8. Work on supporting the programme team in organizing events, workshops, and team meetings
9. Work on assisting teams in their day-to-day queries related to communication/branding/guidelines

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 5th Aug'22 and 9th Sep'22
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. BA/MA in communications/journalism or similar fields
2. Candidate should have completed their qualifying degree not more than 6 months ago
3. Excellent writing and proofreading skills in English
4. Adept at MS Office, Canva, social media, basic photography, and editing
5. An eye for detail and the ability to multitask while working with different teams
