Adobe | Digital Enablement & Care | Acrobat & Admin Console | Contract
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Community & Engagement Strategist to support Adobe's end-user and enterprise admin communities across two key segments: Adobe Acrobat products and the Adobe Admin Console / enterprise admin ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of deep product knowledge and community strategy. You will engage directly with users and admins on community platforms, resolve complex technical queries, advocate for customers internally, and propose initiatives that improve community health and product adoption.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Be the expert in the room: Engage with Adobe Acrobat and enterprise admin users on community platforms and social channels.
Troubleshoot, don't just redirect: Apply hands-on product knowledge to troubleshoot issues across Acrobat features and Admin Console workflows.
Think strategically: Propose and execute community engagement strategies that drive growth and measurable value.
Work with AI: Use AI tools to improve response quality and content creation efficiency.
Give users a voice internally: Act as a customer advocate and surface user pain points to internal teams.
Get ahead of the problem: Create proactive content like FAQs and how-to articles.
Measure what matters: Monitor and report on community KPIs (engagement, resolution quality, deflection).
Connect the dots: Collaborate with internal SMEs, product teams, and QA.
WHAT YOU BRING
Strong experience in technical support for consumer and enterprise software products.
Basic to advanced hands-on experience with Adobe Acrobat.
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting software issues (installation, OS-level behavior, deployment).
Experience using AI tools in a professional workflow.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work with data and community analytics.
