Job Description

This position contributes in planning and carrying out the company’s Social Media strategy by managing the interaction with community members through social media.
Primary focus is online engagement with Velix.ID group members on a daily basis, and acts as an Internet liaison by responding to member inquiries, offering solutions and sparking discussion on Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, BitcoinTalk.
Closely monitors all online Velix.ID brand activity, researches and devise growth hacking strategy to increase company’s global presence on social media.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identifies and pursues compelling brand stories that can be packaged to share with internal and external audiences.
Utilizes well developed communication skills (written and verbal) in communicating with internal and external customers. Abides by brand guidelines and uses acute discretion to interact with members in a way that benefits and supports business objectives.
Researches, develops and executes strategic Social media plans for assigned Focus Markets and carries out the company’s Social Media strategy as it pertains to Velix.ID’s social media accounts.
Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders to ensure execution of social media campaigns.
Serves as a spokesperson for the Velix.ID brand by interacting with customers and fans in real time and acts as liaison across the Internet by responding to customer inquiries, offering solutions and sparking discussion and engagement on all official social media channels.
Follows up with followers to ensure questions were correctly answered or any issue was resolved to satisfaction.
Stays current on industry trends and shares industry research and competitive analyses during weekly 1:1 and team meetings
Collects and evaluates customer inquiries and collaborates with functional representatives to address issues.
Research on market trends and build growth hacking strategies for Velix.ID on social media.
Implement all business driven objective on social media as guided by Team
Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned

EXPERIENCE:

0 or more months’ experience in customer service or communication
Experience in utilizing social media platform like Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, BitcoinTalk
Proficiency in verbal and written English
Proficiency in working with a Social Media Management System
Demonstrated experience in customer relations
Basic professional or theoretical knowledge and fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of a particular field of specialization in the execution of assigned duties and responsibilities.
