Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source, curate, and post engaging and relevant content related to shopping, discounts, and deals
2. Ensure that all content aligns with the channel's theme and community interests
3. Foster a positive and active community by interacting with members and responding to queries promptly
4. Encourage discussions, polls, and other interactive elements to enhance user engagement
5. Monitor the channel for adherence to community guidelines and policies
6. Manage and resolve conflicts or issues within the community diplomatically
7. Stay updated on the latest shopping trends, discounts, and deals to share valuable information with the community
8. Collaborate with team members or external sources to identify and share exclusive deals
9. Create polls and surveys to gather insights from the community regarding their preferences, feedback, and suggestions
10. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, growth, and content effectiveness
11. Provide regular reports on channel performance and suggest improvements
12. Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and partners to enhance the channel's reach and variety of content
