Job Description
Designation: Community Management Intern
Responsibilities include:
1. Working closely with DevRel, content, and operations
2. Developing strategies for increasing the adoption of open source projects, research on and managing interactions with developers willing to contribute to projects listed on the Aviyel platform, and engaging with the community on Discord
3. Participating in the discussion and brainstorming strategies that would help people with different levels of expertise in tech and opening sources to adopt and contribute (both code & non-code) to the projects listed on Aviyel
4. Working closely with the operations team in identifying developers who can contribute (code & non-code) to projects
5. Interacting with developers (calls and other communication platforms) to understand their interests and helping them with their contribution journey through strategies set forth by the team
6. Interacting with a community of more than 1000 members on Discord, on a day to day basis, to improve the engagement
