We are looking for a qualified Community manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers and industry professionals.
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment via Industrious hospitality initiatives.
- Conduct sales tours to execute on sales strategy and maintain high occupancy.
- As a key member of our Inbound Business Development and Marketing team, you will be responsible for the execution of inbound marketing strategy.
- Develop and optimize marketing initiatives to drive client/customer acquisition.
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
- Develop effective working relationships with client/customer through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
- Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in social media marketing.
- Inputting and maintaining accurate data across various platforms.
- Running the Business centre on a day-to-day basis, the main focus is to increase client retention through the delivery of exceptional standards of customer service.
- Lead Management.
- Playing a key role in influencing the strategic direction of the business, and implementing company policy at the operational level, to achieve and maintain high standards at all times.
- Organize Fun Social Events.
Requirements
- Professional communication skills with a high success rate in building and maintaining business relationships.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Customer service focused at all times with the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Self-starter who has the ability to work independently.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing.
