Job Description
Purpose – To assist the organization in the pursuit of being an achieving organization by assisting in identifying and sourcing Quality Talent for the skill development projects and support them with suitable Employment opportunities.
Responsibilities ;
- Ability to drive the Recruitment/Mobilization process.
- Provide timely, the responsive follow-up to both candidates and Project Managers/center Manager of projects.
- Taking care of the entire process of the trainee (pre-joining and post joining)
- Promoting the project in communities, recruiting youth, participating in selection processes.
- Coordinate with Educational institutes, Communities, Government offices, NGO’s to get trainees as per the guidelines of the project.
- Take care of appropriate awareness and publicity campaign in local electronic/print media, conduct road shows and organize Campus hiring’s.
- Involved in campus hiring’s, mass hiring’s, Field recruitments etc. as per the requirement
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements
