Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Community Operation Specialist to manage voice-based operations, primarily focused on tele-sales and customer engagement. The role involves interacting with potential and existing clients over phone calls, promoting products or services, resolving queries, and ensuring high-quality customer experience. The specialist will also support community operations, coordinating between clients and internal teams to drive sales and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Tele-sales and Customer Engagement:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

Respond to inbound customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly to customers.

Convert leads into sales and follow up to close deals effectively.

Community Operations Support:

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns or community initiatives.

Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales metrics.

Assist in organizing events, webinars, or promotional campaigns for community engagement.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and community members.

Address complaints or issues promptly and escalate unresolved matters to the concerned department.

Track tele-sales targets and performance metrics.
