We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Company Head to lead operations, oversee project execution, and directly support the CEO in scaling the business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, business acumen, financial management, and the ability to inspire teams to achieve ambitious targets. Experience in managing multi-departmental organizations and aligning day-to-day operations with overall business strategy is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure all departments function efficiently and collaboratively
- Plan, supervise, and execute international and domestic events in coordination with the CEO
- Manage film production timelines, budgets, partnerships, and team coordination
- Lead strategic planning, growth initiatives, and business development efforts
- Act as a central point of communication between internal teams, external stakeholders, and the CEO
- Monitor KPIs, track project performance, and ensure quality delivery across all functions
- Coordinate schedules, reviews, and progress reports for ongoing projects
- Conduct weekly in-person review and planning meetings with the CEO
- Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and high standards in all business dealings
