Job Description
Job role may encompass one or more aspects as described below:
- Full cycle business analysis including company and industry specific data research, ratings, high end analytics and building complex financial models interacting intensively with the team members in Pune and Bangalore and perhaps with clients across US, Switzerland, UK, Singapore, etc.
- Watch out for sponsored stories and Spurious news; Investment advisory and recommendations
- Identify New companies, Exchanges, Industry events, Mergers, Acquisitions, Strategic Partnerships, People movements, across corporates
- Capture company structure and operations information with 100% accuracy. Identify companies, Exchanges, Industry events, Mergers, Acquisitions, Strategic Partnerships, People movements, across corporates.
- Creating a summary note on the companies and where possible providing analysis based on company plans, business drafts, milestones, technological advancements, etc.
- Creating key personnel and fraud risk management profiles through Verification and Validation of company senior executives and founders.
- Creating valuation benchmarks, credit ratings, risk analysis, across companies.
