About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in secretarial work related to a listed company, group companies & subsidiaries
2. Assisting in preparing agenda, notice and conduct board meetings, AGM, writing of minutes, etc
3. Assisting in matters related to company law/general law
4. Preparing and drafting of the resolution, and uploading documents on RoC, RBI, BSE/NSE listing center, etc.

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 31st May'21 and 5th Jul'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months
