About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drafting and filing government licenses & registrations like FSSAI, MSME, trade license, etc.
2. Filing documents under the Companies Act - annual filing and other filings
3. Drafting minutes of board meetings, committee meetings, and shareholders meetings
4. Researching on business and company law updates
