About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage trainees in CS Management
2. Guide semi-qualified/company secretaries with 0-2 years of experience
3. Expose candidates to Capital Market Compliance
4. Assist in fund raising, M&A advisory, and SME and Main Board IPO advisory
5. Guide FEMA ODI and FDI compliance
6. Ensure NBFC compliance and regulatory representation
