Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. ROC Filings under Companies Act
2. Assistance in Stock exchange compliances under SEBI LODR
3. Assistance in Insider trading compliances under SEBI Insider Trading Regulations and Takeover code
4. Maintenance of statutory registers viz. register of contract, charges, investments, certificates, directors' & KMP, etc.
5. Transmission, Duplicate Certificates, IEPF transfer cases
6. Investor Complaints resolution
7. Update Compliance Software on a regular basis
8. Assistance for the Board/Committees/Annual Report/AGM etc.
9. Record keeping and MIS
10 . Keep a tab on amendments in Laws viz. SEBI, Companies Act, etc. and update thereon
