Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work with statutory compliances under the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI, and RBI regulations
2. Maintain statutory records
3. Convey, conduct board meetings, and maintain minutes and proceedings
4. Draft and vet agreements
5. Draft resolutions, minutes of board meetings, general meetings, notice, and other normal company secretarial documents
6. Handle the drafting of agreements & petitions
7. Work on the preparation and filing of annual filing documents and forms
8. Handle the filing of ECB, FC-GPR, other FEMA compliances
9. Handle all secretarial works, such as the issue of shares, increase in authorized capital, transfer of shares, etc.
