Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drafting main objects of private limited companies
2. Helping with the incorporation of companies
3. Drafting minutes of board meeting
4. Filing various e-forms on MCA portals
5. Drafting notices, agendas, board resolutions, agreements, and other corporate documents
6. Conducting board meetings and general meetings of the companies
7. Handling various event-based compliances such as transfer of shares, appointment, and resignation of directors, etc.
8. Studying financials of the companies
9. Preparing and filing files and documents related to the annual filing of the companies
10. Handling coordination with clients and stakeholders
