Responsibilities include:
1. Working on independent assignments/client handling, client visits, multiple assignment handling, periodic and event-based compliances under various laws viz Company Law, SEBI, FEMA, and Allied Regulations, NCLT matters, etc.
2. Drafting, managing statutory submissions, maintaining compliance track, conducting meetings, etc.

1. Basic proficiency in using MS Office
2. Good verbal & written communication skills
