Job Title: Company Secretary(CS) Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Perform daily tasks related to compliance with corporate laws
- Report to the partners with updates on work progress
- Grab opportunities for client interaction and management discussion
- Be thorough with concepts of corporate laws and participate in daily discussions
Profile Description:
Only those candidates can apply who:
- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- are preferably available for duration of 6 months
- are from Mumbai and neighboring cities
- are students of ICSI Company Secretary program and the duration shall be as per the guidelines laid down by ICSI.
- have year of UG/PG degree completion as 2018
Skill(s) required: MS-Office
Perks: Certificate, Letter of recommendation, 5 days a week.
Stipend: Rs 5000/Month
Duration: 6 Months

We are a financial consultancy and legal advisory firm. The firm currently has a client base of 50-60 clients on the retainer basis and regular assignment basis. Our projects extend from annual filing, XBRL filing, secretarial audits, due diligence, etc. to investment banking, private equity funding, shareholders agreements, mergers, winding up, strike off, NCLT matters, etc. We are also inclined to involve our interns into setting up of start-ups and consultancy on business ventures. We are based in Goregaon East, however, we do encourage client visits so we can analyze the needs of our clients on a real time basis. Our mission is to learn and hence we keep enhancing knowledge of our team by conducting various internal training sessions on the various new and upcoming matters. The corporate world is a huge spectrum where we can diversify our services but we intend to remain focused on company law and allied corporate matters.
