Job Description:

Will depend from position to position. The positions will be  CS Fresher, CS (SEBI Compliance), Semi Qualified CS, TL-Legal, Sub TL-Audit, Sub TL-M & A, Sub TL-Secretarial, AM-SEBI Compliance, TL-Merger & Amalgamation, Legal Drafter, Assistant Sub TL etc.

Key Skills:

Good Communication Skills.

Good Presentation Skills.
