Responsibilities:

1. Legal Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the clothing and textile manufacturing industry.

• Stay abreast of industry-specific legal requirements and provide guidance to the management team.

2. Corporate Governance:

• Support the board of directors in upholding strong corporate governance practices.

• Organize and document board meetings, ensuring adherence to industry protocols.

3. Record-Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and organized records of company documents, contracts, and legal correspondence.

• Oversee the filing of statutory returns and maintain documentation specific to the clothing and textile manufacturing sector.

4. Communication:

• Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory authorities within the clothing and textile manufacturing industry.

• Effectively communicate with shareholders, addressing inquiries and disseminating relevant information.

5. Contract Management:

• Draft, review, and manage contracts related to clothing and textile manufacturing, including supplier agreements and distribution contracts.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

6. Compliance Reporting:

• Prepare and submit industry-specific compliance reports to regulatory bodies.

• Keep management informed about changes in industry regulations and potential impacts.

7. Board Support:

• Provide administrative and organizational support to the board of directors.

• Assist in the development and execution of corporate strategies within the clothing and textile manufacturing industry.

8. Annual Filings:

• Coordinate the filing of annual reports and financial statements, ensuring alignment with industry-specific reporting standards.

• Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements relevant to clothing and textile manufacturing.
