1. Helping the company secretary with MOM preparation
2. Working on agenda preparation of board meetings and GMs
3. Working on circular resolution and ROC filings
Requirement:
1. Candidate should have good knowledge of the Companies Act.
2. Individuals should have passed all CS papers or only have the last group left.
