- Preparation of document for appointment and resignation of Director, CEO and CFO
- under Companies Act, 2013.
- Filing of various Statutory Forms under New Companies Act 2013 (including Group &
- Subsidiary Companies), Annual Forms with ROC through MCA-21 portal.
- LLP work (Conversion and Incorporation)
- Incorporation of a New Company
- Striking off the Company under Fast track Scheme
- Assisting in preparation of Annual Report, i.e. drafting of Directors’ Report.
